Regional Institutes of Education (RIEs): an M.Sc.Ed. degree in the pertinent topic with at least 50% marks is required for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology.

Category IV: A relevant language degree with at least 45% of the possible points and a relevant language B.Ed.

A degree in Arabic with at least a 50% grade point average and a B.Ed. in Arabic
